Terms

The conditions that govern access to and use of this website.

Acceptance

You become a user of this website from the moment you access it and begin browsing, and by doing so you accept these conditions. Where a service is offered through the site, the particular conditions for that service apply in addition.

Amendments

CS Platforms may change these conditions, and the appearance and settings of the website, at any time. Where that happens we publish the change here as soon as we can. The version on this page is the one that applies.

What is on the pages

Specifications, dimensions and performance figures describe a product in development and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no figure here forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed document.

Demonstrations and trials

A demonstration or trial is arranged separately and in writing. That agreement covers the site, supervision, insurance and responsibility, and it takes precedence over anything said here.

Third-party sites

These terms cover this website and its content only. They do not extend to sites reached through links, and we are not responsible for what those sites contain or offer.

Intellectual property

The graphic design, source code, logos, text, images, photographs, film and every other element of this website are owned by CS Platforms Ltd or used by it under licence. The Ceilingsurf name and mark are registered. Take a copy for your own reference; reproducing, distributing, adapting or commercialising any part of it without written permission is not permitted, beyond what mandatory law allows.

Notifications

Communications under these conditions are sent by email to mail@ceilingsurf.co.uk, and from us to the address you have given us. You accept email as a valid method for communication about the website and any service arranged through it.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available but do not promise it is free of error or interruption. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be excluded.

Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes about their interpretation or execution go to the courts and tribunals of London, United Kingdom.
